What are our photos used for?

We only use your photos to create the 3D portraits. We will not use your photos for any training of our AI models and any use other than making your products.

How much does a 3D portrait cost?

We sell the printed portrait at £8.5 + delivery cost (£2.5 - £3.99).

Q.

Is the online generation free?

A.

The online generation and preview is free for the first 10 photos. After that, you can either buy credits for more AI generation at £5 for another 100 photos, or place an order of the 3D portrait to unlock another 10 free allowances.

How long does it take to deliver?

A.

We offer 2 options for delivery:

  1. 2-3 working day tracked delivery at £2.5,
  2. next working day tracked delivery at £3.99.

What is the size of the 3D portrait?

A.

The size of the portrait is 50mm (width) x 50mm (length) x 4mm (depth). We are happy to customise the size for you. Please add a note in your order / send an email to us at [email protected].

Q.

Can I add customised texts?

A.

Yes, you can add up to 20 characters underneath the 3D portrait for an extra £1.
